Finance’s Breakout, hedge fund guru Joel Greenblatt says he thinks the broader market is “in the range of fairly valued”, but says focusing on the broader market’s valuation can cause investors to miss out on big opportunities in individual stocks. Greenblatt also talks about the problems with traditional indexes, and offers some tips for how to avoid those pitfalls.
