Columnist and money manager Doug Kass has made some solid calls on the market’s movements in recent years, and now he thinks the market is topping out. Kass tells CNBC that he’s skeptical that the Federal Reserve’s latest round of quantitative easing will have the impact many are hoping for. He adds, however, that he thought the market topped about 50 or 60 points ago on the S&P 500, and the index has continued to rise. (Kass’ portion of the segment starts around the 7:50 mark on the video.)
