Charles Schwab Chief Investment Strategist Liz Ann Sonders says the recent correction has improved sentiment conditions in the market, which could help support the market if more bad news hits. Sonders tells Bloomberg that the only sector Schwab has an overweight rating on right now is technology. She adds that Schwab is underweighting utilities.
